Sales
We hold in store a large variety of tools in a number of brands.
Our staff have a lot of knowledge and will be more than happy to guide you in the right direction. If you are unsure what would be best to get the job done they will be able to talk through your project or job and come up with the best options for you.
If you want honest knowledgeable advise we are the ones to see.
Repairs
We have a workshop on site here in Lower Hutt, we also have 3 Workshop technicians that can repair any issues you may be having with your tool. We will be happy to give a quote if required. We do charge a $30.00 fee for all tools that are bought in to us to cover our technicians time. If you are unsure what is wrong please bring your tool into our store and we will be happy to help.
Servicing
As we have our own Workshop onsite we are able to undertake servicing of your tools, If you haven’t had your tools cleaned and checked over for a while it would pay to, it may save you money in the long run. Prevention is better than a cure. It also makes sure that you get the best out of your tools especially if they are part of your daily business or trade. We do service Paslode Nail guns onsite also.
Warranty Repair
If you have purchased a tool from us and it is in need of repair and is still covered under warranty then we are happy to take care of this also. If you are unsure please let us know when you bring it in and we can have a look to see if it will be covered
